Thank you for providing a wedding car for our big day. Due to the nature of vintage cars there was a problem with the one we booked the morning of the wedding so the team called to organise an alternative sending pictures for me to choose from via WhatsApp. I appreciate the problem solving and the way this was handled with professionalism. A few things I was not expecting was the height of the car, my father with mobility issues was not able to get into the car with me but my mum came instead which was fine. The driver turned up very early ahead of the time agreed and seemed disgruntled about waiting around. It did make me feel a bit on edge. I was not helped in or out of the car and the interior was a little dirty which was a concern with my white dress. We were offered prosecco which was a nice touch. The driver seemed to want to leave as soon as we arrived which made getting photos feel rushed. All in all the team who organised the transport were very friendly and efficient but the driver was a little unfriendly which did make me feel on edge at the beginning of the day.

Andy who was the driver on the day for our wedding, was very friendly and arrived early at the destination to dress up the car knowing he had plenty of time, as was one of the hottest days of the year. He was very calm and relaxed and made myself and my then fiancé feel calm too. Highly recommend. Fantastic service from start to finish.

The service provided from start to finish was exceptional. The driver was friendly and made us feel at ease and the car was gorgeous!!

John(the driver) was punctual and affable! He took the time to chat to both the adults and the young people when he arrived. I was impressed! The administrative side of things, in the run up to the booking event itself was less impressive however, with some confusion over names and details. Overall I would certainly recommend the car and my daughter really enjoyed the experience as part of her Prom package. Thank you.

Just wanted to say thank you for the fab service we received for my daughters prom last week. Even though there was a slight panic about 3 hours before the car was due to arrive, Lee (our scheduled driver for 1st July 2022) was able to sort the problem out and arranged another car for my daughter and her friends. He kept me updated with everything while sorting things out and even rang to let me know when the car was near to the pick up point. Thanks again to Nathan, Lucy & Lee also to the driver who was able to save the day and step in to take my daughter and her friends to the prom. ??

I was really impressed with the car and the driver. The driver was nice and early which allowed us time for photos outside the house. The car was very clean, and in great condition - the driver even accommodated the colour ribbon of our choice. J2 luxury were amazing from first contact, they even changed pick up and drop off locations 8 hours before the event for me with no hitches. Both drivers were lovely, well presented and smart. Cars were decorated and champagne supplied which was a lovely surprise. Would use again in heartbeat. Thank you for making my day even more perfect.

The driver turned up in plenty of time she was very professional and made me feel at ease on arrival after the service she drove us around until we were ready to arrive to our reception as it wasn't far and we wanted our guests to arrive first. We hired a car for our daughters prom, amazing service and nothing was to much trouble. Would like to add that the driver my daughter and her friend had was absolutely amazing, a true gentleman. He didn't rush us with photos, he looked genuinely happy, he made both girls feel at ease. We didn't catch his name but he really made our daughters night, so thankyou

This is definitely a 5 star review in all aspects. The driver was incredibly polite, patient, amusing, well mannered, well dressed and very well informed, what an exfremely nice gentleman. We hired a car from J2 and from booking the car to the car taking me to the wedding venue all ran smoothly. It was such a nice journey with the driver who was very down to earth. After the ceremony me and my husband got a ride in the car so he could experience the car. I would highly recommend J2 transport.

My daughter got married last weekend & we booked the Beauford hard top - it was called Rebecca just by coincidence. The driver, Joe, was kind, caring & attentive. My mum has mobility issues & he helped her into the car & didn't rush. The whole experience was amazing & I would highly recommend. Thank you Joe ! xx
